NEW YORK — An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 jolted 234 km WNW of Gorontalo, Indonesia at 17:14:57 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 12.6 km, was initially determined to be at 1.56 degrees north latitude and 121.21 degrees east longitude.
